Alejandro Morales, MD, MAPT
Founder & CEO | Pastor | Author | Church & Leadership Consultant
Alejandro Morales is a pastor and church and leadership consultant with nearly three decades of ministry and leadership experience. A Medical Doctor by profession, he holds a Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Oral Roberts University, has completed advanced leadership training through Haggai International, and is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member.
For the last 10 years of his previous ministry tenure, Alejandro led a global network of 500 churches and ministries, equipping pastors and leaders across cultures and denominations. In his final year, he served as Senior Director of Global Outreach, bringing together the ministry network and global missions initiatives. His international leadership extended across 60+ countries, providing extensive experience in leadership development, church growth, organizational structure, and global ministry expansion.
At Maximize Leadership Group, Alejandro helps leaders, churches, ministries, and organizations bridge the gap between vision and implementation, developing healthy leadership, effective structures, and practical systems that enable their mission to grow and endure.

Belkys Morales, CFP®
Co-Founder | Financial Planner
Belkys Morales is a financial planning professional with over 25 years of experience in financial planning and organizational finance. An MBA graduate of the University of Miami with a concentration in Finance, she is also a Dave Ramsey Certified Financial Coach and has held key financial roles with Merrill Lynch, Northern Trust, and a global ministry organization.
At Maximize Leadership Group, Belkys helps individuals, churches, ministries, and leaders strengthen financial stewardship, develop sound financial strategies, and build sustainable financial practices that support their goals, mission, and long-term vision.
